A Happier You
For about a year I've been working on getting healthy once I started pushing real close to the 160lb mark... January this year, I realized eating healthy wasn't enough, I was losing the weight but it was not enough, I had to exercise as well and find a way to fit it into my 50+ hour work week and writing my dissertation for my doctorate. In the last 5 months, I found a way to make it work, get a solid routine, and enjoy working out. The progress isn't finished but I've come a long way from eating junk food and making excuses to feeling damn good. Trust me, if I can do it, anyone can do it 💪💪
